Edinburgh Sightseeing Run

Discover the city while meeting like-minded students, as you embark on a run through the city of Edinburgh guided by Moray (ENSA staff) who won the Edinburgh Marathon in 2025! Open to all abilities, let us know if you need a breather. We'll take you on the most scenic and popular route starting from Merchiston Campus, and yap a bit about the area as we go 🏃✨

Accessibility:

This run is designed to be beginner-friendly, but please note that it may include some steep areas, some uneven terrain, hills, and natural paths, which may not be suitable for all mobility levels. We will take breaks on the way, but if you ever need to take a break just let us know during the event.

There may be limited access to toilets (including accessible ones) depending on the route, and seating options may be minimal during the run.

If you’d like to check whether the route suits your needs or would prefer to meet the group at a flatter section or endpoint, we’re happy to support you in taking part in a way that works for you.
