End of Year Trip - Lake District…

Join us for an unforgettable adventure in the stunning Lake District! This trip is a perfect way to enjoy the outdoors with a mix of guided climbing, hillwalking, and even wild swimming for those feeling brave. All levels are welcome but need to be comfortable enough with hiking.

Trip Details:

? Location: Lake District, UK

? Dates: 18th-21st May

? Price: £36. This covers accommodation costs. Fuel costs will be covered by the club.

? Accommodation: Gillside Bunkhouse, Ullswater: Basic facilities - Stove, microwave, fridge, freezer etc. Sleeping bag required. 

? Transport: We’ll carpool from Merchiston in the morning.

?️ Food: Self-catered – bring your own or team up for group meals.

? Activities: Climbing, hillwalking, swimming (optional). Suitable for most levels but must be comfortable with hiking. 

What to Bring:

    Climbing gear (helmet, harness, shoes – club gear available)

    Suitable outdoor clothing (waterproofs, warm layers, sturdy footwear)

    Sleeping bag & personal essentials

    Food & snacks

    Swimwear & towel
