We understand that the ticket price is a big consideration, and we want to be open about where the cost comes from.
The Awards Ball is one of the largest events we run each year.
Your ticket contributes towards:
We work hard to keep ticket prices as low as possible while still delivering a safe, high-quality event that celebrates the achievements of societies, sports clubs, and volunteers.
To help with affordability, we also offer Late Entry tickets at a lower price for students who don’t wish to attend the meal or want a more accessible option.
Note: The price difference between Full and Late Entry tickets does not reflect the cost of the drink and meal. Offering Late Entry tickets allows us to lower the Full ticket price with the additional income.
We review costs and student feedback every year, and your feedback directly informs how we plan future events. If you have any suggestions for next year's event, please contact ENSA@napier.ac.uk
While our dedicated staff team work hard to keep costs down each year, this year’s ticket price has been reduced thanks to external partnership support.
We’re grateful to our partners Frankenstein, Dropkick Murphys, Enterprise Mobility, Copper Blossom, Macron, and Civerinos, whose contributions have helped offset event costs.
We’d like to recognise the work of your Co-President for Sport and Wellbeing, Austen, who has actively worked to secure the above partnerships!
All sponsorship income is used to reduce costs while maintaining the quality, safety, and scale of the Awards Ball.
Drink prices at the bar range from:
cans of beer/cider £5.50+
0% cans £5+
Soft drinks £2.50+
Cocktail cans £7.50+
Bottles of wine £32+
You will be able to pre-order with a link sent to your email address prior to the event.
Unfortunately these drink prices cannot be adjusted as they are set by the venue.
Your meal will be served to your table and includes a main course and dessert.
During the checkout process you will be asked what society or club you are a member of, and who your preference is to be seated with.
We will do our best to seat you with your first choice, but depending on the number of people in your society/club, the numbers may not add up and you may be seated with another society/club you are a member of.
If you want to be seated on the same table as a specific person please mention their name in the question at the checkout as well.
