This conference is concerned with how artificial intelligence technology is being deployed and how its effects are being felt in the legal sector in Scotland. Under this broad theme, the conference will address questions in three main areas: ethical issues in the introduction of artificial intelligence into legal practice, artificial intelligence and market structure in the legal sector, and how can legal technology providers help adapt and modernise legal practice.
