Join the Conservation Volunteers for a beach clean at Portobello Beach on Saturday 4th October from 12-2pm.
As part of Climate Week, the Conservation Volunteering Society and ENSA (your Students' Union) have partnered to organise a beach clean Napier students, staff and alumni🌊🌍
We will be meeting in front of the Portobello Swim Centre on the Promenade on Portobello Beach, on Saturday 4th October 2025 at 12pm (noon).
We will be aiming to collect as much litter from the beach as possible and submitting the data to Beachwatch! Your help would be greatly appreciated and could make a difference to the local area!

What to bring:
- weather-proof clothing
- wellies or closed shoes
- a snack
- water bottle
Please register for free by no later than 2pm on Thursday 2 October. This is so that we have enough equipment for you to collect waste with.
