Yes - you will be unable to purchase alcohol from the bar but you are still welcome at the event!
A ceilidh (pronounced kay-lee) is a traditional Scottish social gathering featuring lively folk music and group dancing. It is an inclusive, high-energy event designed for all skill levels, typically led by a "caller" who guides dancers through simple, repetitive steps. You don't need any experience to join!
The Payment Plan is run by our website host and media partner Native. You will receive the payment emails from them, so please check your spam.
The first payment is 50% of the total price, and needs to be made at checkout. This is £10.
The latest date you can create a Payment Plan, ie make your first payment with a Payment Plan, is Wednesday 26 August.
The second payment is also 50% of the total price. This will be taken from your bank account automatically on Wednesday 2 September, so make sure you have money in it! Otherwise the payment won't go through.
If the payment hasn't gone through, you need to log in to your account here on edinburghnapier.native.fm and find the tab with bookings. Here you should be able to make that second payment.
Please note that if you have any outstanding payments, you will not be permitted entry to the event, and you will not receive a refund.
If you have any questions or issues with your payment plan, please contact the Native helpdesk first. If they don't get back to you, please contact us at ENSA@napier.ac.uk
The dress code is 'dress to impress'. This means formal clothes. Feel free to wear things like dresses, suits, ballgowns, jumpsuits, or kilts!
This is just a fun theme, if you don't wish to dress up you don't have to.
