Official Edinburgh Napier Welcome Week 2026
This is the official week of Welcome events for Edinburgh Napier University students, organised by your union, Edinburgh Napier Students' Association (ENSA).
Beware of imitations - we do not sell wristbands, so anyone selling wristbands is NOT official and has no link to the University. There are also companies selling ‘Freshers’ packages with branding that can make them look as if they are endorsed by us, or are part of our nine-day Welcome Week. They are not. They may offer access to various clubs, but they are NOT from the official Edinburgh Napier University Students’ Association website.
Refunds are allowed until up to 48 hours before each event, no refunds accepted after this time except if cancelled by ENSA. No refunds are accepted for EUSA hosted events. You may sell or transfer your tickets to another student.

Native are the website provider and can help you with any technical questions but they won't be able to help with event specific information that only the event organisers would know.
Native can help with questions related to your tickets, your account or any other technical question then message the chat and let them know as much information as possible.
ID scanning is a condition of entry for ALL club nights. You may enter to Hangar 5 events in Potterrow under 18, but will need ID to purchase alcohol.
To gain entry to an event at the Three Sisters and other evening events you need to show the following:
Student: ticket/QR code AND Student ID AND physical photo ID
Guest: ticket/QR code AND photo ID
You MUST bring photo ID to gain entry to our partner venues and it must show your date of birth to show proof of age.
You can use the following as a photo ID:
- Passport
- International ID card
- Driving license
- BRP card or Home Office approved ID cards with the ‘PASS’ hologram on
Please note, you must bring the original document as we can not accept photocopies.
STRICTLY no physical photo ID, no entry.
Students cannot gain access to bar venues with just their Student ID.

How to buy tickets:
- Login at https://edinburghnapier.native.fm/, using your student ID number. If you’re a new student coming to Edinburgh Napier University, then you may need to set up a Guest Account to make a purchase until your student ID is ready.
- Once logged in, buy what you like!
- You will receive email confirmation of your purchase, and then a QR code for your tickets.
- This QR code will be scanned at each venue to enter.
