Silverstone Trip (Comp)
For our team members heading to Silverstone this year! Initial 2 payments
DESCRIPTION
Silverstone is the yearly trip we do for formula student. Down to Silverstone for 6 days to compete in FSUK.
The ticket includes
- Travel to and from Silverstone
- Accommodation for 6 days*
- Food for all days at campsite
- Entry to the event
*you must provide your own sleeping bag and other items for inside the tent
PAYMENT PLAN
This is the payment plan for the first two payments for Silverstone. The first payment is due when you pay, and is £25, and the second payment is £50 and will come out on the 10th of April.
Payment 1: £25 - Due upon purchase of ticket
Payment 2: £50 - Due on 10th April
Payments 2 and 3 are not included in this payment plan; their payment plan will be released before the first payment is due on the 10th of May.
Payment 3: £50 - Due on 10th May
Payment 4: £75 - Due on 10th June

Event policies
Bringing your Own tent
You must not bring your own tent unless agreed with committee beforehand; any unagreed tents will not be allowed on the bus.
Who can purchase a ticket
Please do not purchase a ticket if you are not on the list going to Silverstone, as we have a limited number of spaces, and any tickets purchased by someone not on the list will be refunded and cancelled.
What if i dont pay the second plan
If you don't also have a fully paid second payment plan, you will also not be going to Silverstone and the first plan will NOT be refunded.
Can i cancel?
Yes you can but all payments are non fundable unless otherwise stated.
Can any deductions be made?
No deductions will be made from the price of the ticket for any reason.
For example if you provide your own transport there will not be a deduction.
