This 90 minute online workshop will explore the psychological processes behind Imposter Syndrome, how it affects us and what we can do to ‘tame’ negative thoughts, self-doubt, and self-criticism.
This workshop is educational and practical. It is based on CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and will include techniques to try outside of the session. It is open to staff and students. To book a place, click on the link below:
