'Tackling Procrastination’ is a 90 minutes online workshop being delivered by the Counselling and Wellbeing team at the University. It will focus on cognitive behavioural (CBT) understandings of procrastination and practical techniques for breaking unhelpful habits and patterns of working. Tackling procrastination can help us to study more effectively, boost our confidence and feel more in control of academic work and other areas of our lives.
This event is open to staff and students.
The workshop is not a counselling session and no personal information or disclosure will be asked for or expected. The anonymity of all participants is respected and no other participant will know that you are attending. Please keep your camera off during the session. There will be an opportunity to post questions at the end through the chat function.
