For new and returning students alike, this fair features student deals, freebies, Napier's sports clubs and societies, and university departments. 

Even if you've been to a Welcome (Back) Fair before, you need to be at this one!  

Lothian buses 3, 21, 25, 33, 34, 35, 36, X27, and X28 all stop a short 6 minute walk away from ENGAGE. 🚌 

There will be a quiet hour from 3-4pm. In this hour there will not be any music and more staff will be around to provide support and guide you through the fair if asked for.

We ask that you get a FREE TICKET to this event to monitor capacity.

Accessibility:

• Physical Accessibility: The sports hall is wheelchair accessible, with step-free entry and wide pathways to accommodate mobility aids. Accessible restrooms are located nearby.
• Event Layout: Stall heights will vary, and staff or volunteers will be available to assist if a stall is difficult to access.
• Quiet Spaces: A quiet area will be available inside the main building for those who need a sensory break from the event's noise or crowds. There is also a designated quiet hour from 3-4pm where no music will be played.
• Sensory Considerations: The event may include background music and crowd noise. We recommend bringing earplugs if you are sensitive to sound.
• Seating Options: A seating area is available by the venue entrance for attendees who need to rest.
• Visual and Audio Assistance: Event materials can be provided in alternative formats (e.g., large print) upon request. If you require additional support, such as a sign language interpreter, please let us know in advance.
• Support Animals: Support animals are welcome. 
• Parking: Accessible parking spaces are available near the venue.
