Don't miss the January Welcome Fair!? 

With over 50 stalls, you'll discover exclusive student deals and freebies while getting a taste of all the amazing things student life at Napier has to offer. 

This is also a chance to explore Edinburgh Napier's sports clubs and societies, chat to the students that run them and learn about how to get involved.

It's not just for new students - returning students, mature students, postgrads and guests are all welcome.

Bus service: Lothian buses 3, 21, 25, 33, 34, 35, 36, X27, and X28 all stop a short 6 minute walk away from ENGAGE. ? From Merchiston + Craiglockhart Campus: get the bus number 36. Remember if you're under 22 you can get a free bus pass!

Quiet/Accessible Hour: 3-4PM. In this hour there will not be any music and more staff will be around to provide support and guide you through the fair if asked for. Please only claim a free ticket for accessible hour if you will benefit from this, so we can keep the capacity low.

Get a free ticket for the Welcome Fair and add it to your digital wallet! Tickets will be scanned at the entrance to monitor capacity. 

Accessibility:

Physical Accessibility: The sports hall is wheelchair accessible, with step-free entry and wide pathways to accommodate mobility aids. Accessible restrooms are located nearby.

Event Layout: Stall heights will vary, and staff or volunteers will be available to assist if a stall is difficult to access.

Quiet Spaces: A quiet area will be available inside the main building for those who need a sensory break from the event's noise or crowds. There is also a designated quiet hour from 3-4pm where no music will be played.

Sensory Considerations: The event may include background music and crowd noise. We recommend bringing earplugs if you are sensitive to sound.

Seating Options: A seating area is available by the venue entrance for attendees who need to rest.

Visual and Audio Assistance: Event materials can be provided in alternative formats (e.g., large print) upon request. If you require additional support, such as a sign language interpreter, please let us know in advance.

Support Animals: Support animals are welcome. 

Parking: Accessible parking spaces are available near the venue.
