Join us for transformative Yogic Breaths and Wellness with Braxton, designed to help you reconnect with your body and mind, in the beautiful setting of Craiglockhart Lawn.
In this soothing workshop, you'll experience:

Lighting Considerations: The workshop will take place outside, in daylight.
Seating & Participation Options: This is a movement-based session. Mats will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own. Adapted postures and seated options will be offered, and there is space for wheelchairs. Chairs can also be provided on request.
Noise Sensitivity: The session itself will be quiet, with a focus on calm instruction. Some background noise from nearby spaces may be present. A nearby quiet room is available if you need a break.
