Yoga And Wellbeing Society

The Yoga and Wellbeing Society is returning for its 4th year, we aim to create a peaceful space amongst the stress and busyness of university life where we can learn new ways of taking care of our mind and bodies.

Classes are on Tuesdays from 7-8pm, sign-ups for classes are on our private Facebook group.

Through weekly yoga sessions, which welcome every level of ability and experience (and no, it doesn't matter if you're not flexible!), and through other wellness-focused events, it is our hope that you can learn a bit about the practices and about yourself, and failing that, just have a bit of fun and a chill out away from the pressures of everyday life!

We will also be arranging wellbeing workshops and other activities throughout the year.
