Looking for an outlet for your creativity?
Want to figure out how to get your voice out there?
Feel like you don't have a space to discuss your passion?
At The Edinburgh Napier Creative Writing Society, we aim to provide workshops that bring together budding, aspirational minds that can bounce ideas off each other and discuss their love of the craft of literature.
In our meetings, we hope to provide a space for all writers, old and new - to write, discuss and even share their own writing (if you're brave enough!). Some weeks will be themed around some ENSA campaigns, such as Black History Month, Climate Week and LGBTQ+ History Month - so come along and join the discussion and creativity!
We aim to explore a wide range of writing styles and hope to highlight lesser known authors and approaches to creative writing, so that all of us may learn something about the hobby we're all so passionate about.
Our society will provide a mix of events to promote literature with more educational sessions, alongside creating opportunites for our members to discuss and promote their own work. Members can be sure that our creative writing space is a safe and welcoming environment that ultimately aims to discover diverse and hidden talent, whilst also having a bit of fun on the side!
